The 6th annual Kilgour Silent Auction is taking place Friday, November 9th at 7pm. Join us in nearby Mt. Lookout Square at the Redmoor for an adult only evening with cocktails, hors d'oevres, and an exciting auction with all proceeds going to the Kilgour Parent Teacher Association. Formal invitations will be sent home with students in October.

The Annual Silent Auction is Kilgour's largest single fundraiser.  It typically takes place in the late fall with approximately 300 Kilgour friends and family in attendance.  Although the auction is first and foremost a fundraiser, it also represents a fantastic opportunity for the entire school family to join together and enhance the already existing strong bonds of community.  The fun evening of bidding and fellowship is the highlight of the school's fall activity calendar. 

Auction items vary year to year, but generally run the gamut from restaurant and local store gift certificates, to jewelry, to gift baskets, to artwork, to vacations, to various services, to sports memorabilia - and that is just the tip of the iceberg.  The evening also features signups for a large number of parties (Great Gatherings) that are hosted by school staff or families throughout the year.  Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar round out the festivities.
