Please use this form to notify the pta of any changes in your contact information. The Kilgour School Directory, published each fall, will be updated accordingly.  We won't pass the information on to third parties.  

You may supply multiple student names, phone numbers email addresses, etc, on the same form by separating the entries with commas (for example, jdoe@go.com, bbob@foo.com). However, if a student resides in more than one household, please submit one form for each household. Thanks!
